The company hired senior-level .NET, Java, and PHP software developers from Eastern Europe to address the significant talent shortage mostly in Germany.

The business evolved, leading to the creation of another company (Arkbauer.com) with a focus on custom software development for enterprises, this time with branding in mind.

Later, the custom software development company was acquired by its managing shareholders, and with a solid background in the tech world, Mr. Taubers decided to pursue something that seemed to be always his passion — linking great talent with great companies.
